No. You only pay for the initial blood test package you want to take. This kickstarts your membership.

Once you're a member, you can exchange Thriva+ tokens for blood tests and supplements. Blood test package prices start from 620 tokens.

Video consultations are included in your membership plan. To speak to a registered nutritionist or GP, you only need to book an appointment on the app.

You can’t have an active subscription and be a Thriva+ member simultaneously.

If you try to purchase a Thriva+ membership alongside your Thriva subscription, we’ll cancel your existing Thriva subscription.

Our CE-marked medical device software, Doc-Chain, combines your health profile, medical history, and blood test results to build your personalised plan. We only give you recommendations based on your health data to meet your goals and feel your best.

If you have a MONTHLY membership and cancel, you can use your tokens until your membership term ends. After your membership term ends, you have 30 days to rejoin and use your tokens, or they’ll expire.

If you have a YEARLY membership and cancel, you can use your tokens until your membership term ends. After your membership term ends, you have 30 days to rejoin and use your tokens, or they’ll expire.

Video consultations are available to Thriva+ members only. These are included in the price of your monthly or yearly membership.

With video consultations, you can:

get 20-minute video consultations whenever you need them
talk to a registered GP about your results
speak to a registered nutritionist about optimising your diet

Monthly membership

If you have a monthly membership, you have 14 days to cancel after joining and get a full refund after payment. If you cancel after 14 days, we’ll stop any payments 24 hours after you cancel, but you won't be refunded.

Once you cancel your membership, you still have access to your Thriva+ account and any earned tokens until the end of the month.

Yearly membership

You have 14 days to cancel and get a full refund after payment. We can’t offer your money back after 14 days. If you decide to do this, we’ll remove your account and any tokens.

If you cancel after 14 days

You can access your Thriva+ account and any earned tokens until the end of the membership year.

You lose access to your account and any earned tokens at the end of the membership year. If you decide to rejoin, you regain access to your account and tokens.

All earned tokens expire 30 days after your membership year ends.

An NHS GP reviews your health test results. They explain if your results fall in the expected range and how to improve or maintain them with tailored advice — specific to your body.

We work directly with independent labs registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our labs use various monitoring techniques to ensure compliance with ISO laboratory standards and ensure the test results they produce are reliable.

Learn how to collect your finger-prick blood sample at home by following our instructions. It takes around 30 minutes to complete the process at home.

Once your blood test results are ready, an NHS GP will upload your GP report to your account dashboard in the app.

We share your results within 48 hours of receiving and analysing your sample.

If your health test includes omega-3 and 6:

It might take up to 10 working days to get your results. This is because omega-3 and 6 take longer for our labs to analyse than other health markers.
