Omega-3 and 6 are essential nutrients for your brain, heart, and eye health. But your body can’t make them on its own — sometimes, you might need an omega-3 supplement if you can’t get enough from your diet.
A home blood test helps you understand if you’re getting enough nutrients to support your health. Your results include information on improving your omega-3 and 6 levels with lifestyle advice recommended by our GPs in a detailed report.
Omega-3 and 6 take longer to analyse than other health markers, so your results might take up to 10 working days. We’ll let you know when they’re ready to view.

Omega-3 is a fatty acid that plays a vital role in your heart, brain, and eye health. It’s also essential for promoting a healthy brain and eye development in an unborn baby if you’re pregnant. Omega-6 fatty acids support various functions in your body, like cell membrane structure, growth and repair, maintaining healthy cholesterol levels, and improving insulin sensitivity.
