A proactive approach
It’s estimated that we spend up to 20% of our lifetime in poor health, and that this is worsening over time. Thriva's mission means optimising healthspan - time spent in good health, so we can get the most out of our now and future.
At Thriva, we believe that proactive, preventative lifestyle approaches are a major part of the solution. But it can be hard to know where to start, and we often don't have the information or support we need to optimise our health proactively.
We want to take the guesswork out of managing health. We focus on putting quality health marker data in your hands and give you access to technology, innovation, and clinical expertise that makes interpreting this and knowing what action you should prioritise easy.
Labs and accuracy
We work directly with independent labs who are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Our labs use various monitoring techniques to ensure compliance with ISO laboratory standards and to make sure the test results they produce are reliable.
Our testing kits
Our home blood testing kits are CE-marked. This means everything in our kits meet health and safety requirements within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Results accuracy
The labs we work with run validation tests on all finger-prick blood samples before making them available, ensuring high standards of accuracy.
Our technology & medical software
Our medical device products are regulated by the MHRA, and our class 1 medical software device draws on data from more than 500 peer-reviewed scientific publications to provide personalised health insights and lifestyle recommendations.
