Dr Vishal Shah MBBS MA (Cantab) MRCGP
Chief Medical Officer
Dr Vishal is a practising GP with 9 years of experience. He studied medicine at the University of Cambridge and completed his clinical training at University College Hospital London. He is interested in metabolic health and lifestyle medicine, and is passionate about using simple tools and technology to help people live longer and feel happier.
Dr Manpreet studied medicine at the University of Leeds and completed her clinical training in London to become a GP. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. In addition to working at Thriva, Manpreet is a practising GP in North-West London. She is interested in the role technology can play to support us with our health and wellbeing, whilst reducing the health inequality gap.
Sarah Deegan MSc MA (Dub) BA (Mod)
Research Science Lead
Sarah studied biology at Trinity College Dublin and holds a Master`s degree in Stem Cells and Regeneration from the University of Bristol, later training as a bioengineer and working in industry research. She is interested in the intersection of health technology, data and systems thinking, and in translating the best scientific evidence to empower individuals to extend their healthspan.
Dr Jenny Williams MBBS MRCP MRCGP (2021) Dip BSLM/IBLM

Dr Jenny studied medicine at Newcastle University, before undertaking training in internal medicine and general practice. Alongside Thriva, she works as a GP in London and enjoys using an evidence-based approach to lifestyle medicine, having completed the International Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about using technology to empower people to have a greater ownership of their health.
Dr Nadja Auerbach MBBS BSc (Hons)

Dr. Nadja studied medicine at Imperial College London, where she also completed an intercalated BSc in Global Health. She has worked in the NHS across a variety of specialities, including Acute Medicine and A&E. She is currently undertaking a masters degree in Nutritional Medicine, and working towards the International Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine. She is passionate about evidence-based nutrition and the role of technology in health empowerment and reducing the burden of chronic disease.
Dr Macarena Staudenmaier MD MSc

Dr Macarena studied medicine at CEMIC University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has experience in Internal Medicine and completed an MSc in Global Health and Development at University College London. She’s passionate about lifestyle medicine and the role technology plays in public health.
Dr Noel Young MBBS BSc (Hons)
Clinical Innovation Associate
Dr Noel studied Medicine at Imperial College London, where he also completed a BSc in Biology. He has worked as a junior doctor in London, and before joining Thriva, he was training to be an anaesthetist. He’s passionate about lifestyle medicine, nutrition, and leveraging scientific research to promote preventative healthcare.
Dr Amanda Citlali Pallister MBBS BSc (Hons)

Dr Amanda studied Medicine at St George’s University of London, where she also completed an intercalated BSc in Medical Genomics. She then completed her Foundation Training in the North East of England. Alongside her work at Thriva, she also works as a junior doctor in the NHS. Her favourite part of medicine is helping people to change their health for the better through Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine.
