While Greg brings the scientific expertise, Charlie keeps things grounded in real life.
Charlie and Greg are co-hosts, but they're also longtime friends. For years, Charlie's been sending Greg (lengthy) voice notes, picking his brain on all things health and fitness: Should she be trying sauna? What's the best way to structure a marathon training plan? Which supplements should she be taking?
And Greg, a scientist with a background in sleep, metabolism, and nutrition, would be there with answers. He'd respond with (equally lengthy) voice notes explaining the science behind feeling better and living well.
We're excited for you to listen to their conversations as they interview experts in health and longevity.

Charlie Edmondson is a proudly Northern outdoors lover with a growing passion for what it means to live well. A real sports addict, Charlie has tried everything: swimming, hockey, cycling, and endurance running. She previously represented Team GB in triathlon and duathlon in races across the globe.
She is also a dog mum who doesn’t say no to the occasional Guinness. She brings her warmth to The Method to champion the voice of the everyday listener who might not be a health expert, but is brimming with questions.

Dr. Greg Potter is a scientist and consultant whose work focuses on sustainably enhancing human health and performance at scale. After a master's in exercise physiology at Loughborough University, he did his PhD at the University of Leeds focusing on sleep, nutrition, and metabolic health.
Nowadays, he splits his time between developing products like dietary supplements and digital health platforms, research, health coaching, science communication, and scientific advisory work.
In the noisy, confusing world of health and performance, Greg loves to help people understand what actually matters. Outside of work, he enjoys meeting people, exploring new places, pretending to be a fish (scuba diving), hiking, and spending an unreasonable amount of money on specialty coffee.
