Alice Wood
Alice Wood is a former British professional road racing cyclist, and a 2019 Double British Cycling Champion. She last rode for UCI Women's WorldTeam Human Powered Health and is now a reputable cycling coach.

Amarachi Pipi
Amarachi Pipi is an Olympic 400m Track Star, and holds the title as both a World and European Medalist. She’s also an inspiring mentor and community leader, with the mission to help inspire the next generation.

Anna Harding
Anna Harding is an avid marathon runner, presenter, journalist and PT. Anna also writes a monthly feature on Running Skills for Women's Running UK and teaches HIIT and beginners classes.

Christina Iona
A true inspiration, Christina Iona shares her journey from a non-swimmer, to a respectable triathlete. Christina is also a marathon-runner, raising money to support local youth charities.

Damian Hall
Damian Hall is a record-breaking ultra-marathon runner, coach, activist and author. He represented Great Britain at aged 40, and continues to run some of the most challenging races in the world.

Deborah Fleming
English Rugby Sevens Player Deborah Fleming is both an Olympian and Commonwealth Medalist. Joining the Women’s team in 2017, Deborah has played over 100 games and secured a Bronze medal.

Emma Kirk
Describing herself as The Voice of Running, Emma Kirk is a run analyst, coach and
sport scientist. She’s also a columnist for Women's Running UK and a Hyrox ambassador.

Hannah Nuttall
British olympic athlete, Hannah Nuttall, is a 5000 and 3000 metre champion. Competing in middle-distance and cross country running events, Hannah is also a respectable running coach in her spare time.

Imo Boddy
Imo Boddy is a British ultra runner and is a proud world record holder, being the youngest female to have run the length of the UK. She’s also the fastest female globally to complete the National Three Peak Challenge.

Joe Choong
Modern pantathlete Joe Choong was crowned Olympic Champion in Tokyo 2020, making him the first British man to win an individual Olympic gold. He also held the World Title in 2022 and 2023.

Jonathan Pain
World record holder Jonny Pain is a certified strength and conditioning coach, specialising in Hybrid Athlete training. He’s also a self-confessed adventurer, self protection instructor and father-of-four.

Michael Adeniran
Also known as ‘The Urban Challenger’, Michael Adeniran is a runner, triathlete and obstacle racer. Michael describes himself as a challenge and race addict, currently preparing for the London Marathon.

Oliver Fisher
English Pro golfer Oliver Fisher is a DP World Tour Winner and the first player to shoot a round of 59, making golfing history. Oliver boasts over 20 years experience playing on the European Tour.

Ollie Wood
English cyclist Ollie Wood is a 2x Silver Medal Winner, representing Great Britain at international competitions in track cycling. He broke his first World Record at age 18, beating the 1km Madison time trial.

Rory Gibbs
Rory Gibbs boasts his title as an Olympic 2x World Champion and 5x European Champion. Outside of the water, he likes to empower aspiring rowers through his online coaching platform.
