Your first test
Your first test of the year is your deep one — 33 markers across eight health areas. An annual checkpoint that builds the full picture, and the reference point for spotting ongoing changes.

Setting your direction
Before anything else, we ask what long-term health looks like for you. More energy? Keeping up with your kids, or your grandkids? Still strong at seventy? From there, we help you focus on the one or two areas most worth your attention, and the small changes that would move you forwards. A consultation with a Thriva doctor is included.

Doctor reporting
Every set of blood test results is reviewed by a Thriva doctor in plain English: what's on track, what's worth watching, and where you should focus. When everything looks good, we say so. If anything warrants a GP or insurer conversation, we'll give you a clear handoff.
Ask about training, sleep, nutrition, supplements — things your blood tests flagged or anything you're unsure about. The answer is specific to you because it's built on what's actually going on with your body.
